Kiraly Farm is a small, non-GMO operation. Beef are raised naturally using mainly grass hay and pasture. Animals are processed by a local USDA packing house and all products are vacuum sealed. Andrew also grows sunflowers and presses the seeds into oil under Catskill Cold Pressed oils. The beef consume the meal after the oil is pressed out. The farm is BQA certified (Beef Quality Assurance) and participates in water quality programs such as the Conservation Reserve Program and the Wetlands Reserve Program.
